Description: Used as a safe method of cleaning & preparing lead and asbestos material surfaces. Essentially acts as a flux for soldering, a soap to wet the surface and an emulsion to catch and contain lead particles during carding. It reduces airborne lead particulate levels produced during lead sheath cleaning and is used while abrading the surface of lead cable with a carding brush. Contains stearic acid. When used properly, it eliminates the next worker using a blower in the manhole or work area from getting the lead particles airborne again. It also reduces the chances of lead particles being inhaled by any other workers.
