About: History

In October, 1971, Mrs. Steeley originated a chemical start-up business which later became Rainbow Technology Corporation. The start-up business was initially run out of her garage with the assistance of her two sons. Over time and with considerable effort, the Company slowly, but steadily developed a broad range of products serving the telecommunications, electric power, other key utilities, OEM's, contractors, and distributors to these markets.

Today, Rainbow Technology has the broadest and most extensive line of chemical products designed specifically and exclusively for these critical markets. Additionally, Rainbow also functions as a Distributor for safety items used by these utility markets. Rainbow continues to focus on these critical markets nationally and internationally while still expanding its extensive product line.

Rainbow Technology remains a private, family-owned business operating on the principles of outstanding customer service, developing a world class quality product line and dealing with integrity.
