Basic Information
- OIL & HYDROCARBON SELECTIVE SPILL KIT (6211, 6216): Absorbs either a 5 gallon or 30 gallon petroleum-based chemical spills such as solvents, oil and lubricants. Will not absorb water - Ideal for cleaning up spills on water. Contents are packaged in a UN certified poly drum. Open-head drum is sturdy enough to withstand outdoor storage - will not rust, dent, crack or corrode. All plastic drums eliminate static build-up and conductivity. Complies with OSHA guidelines.
- OIL & WATER SPILL KIT (6206, 6205): The sorbents you need for absorbing up to either 5 gallon or 30 gallon spills. OIL & WATER SPILL KITS are economical, great for everyday use. Picks up water and absorbs other non-aggressive liquids such as oils, coolants, lubricants and water-based chemicals. Contents are packaged in a UN certified poly pail for convenient storage. Ideal choice for fleet maintenance and large trucks. Complies with OSHA guidelines.
- ACID NEUTRALIZER KIT (6207): For safe clean-up of battery acid spills. Dry neutralizer changes color to indicate when acid has been neutralized. Each kit contains 30 pounds of dry neutralizer, scoop, broom and pan, two resistant gloves and disposal bags.
- PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (PPE) KIT (6202): For temporary use when cleaning battery acid spills. Kit includes gloves, goggles, face shield, aprons, boot covers, caution tape and splash suits. Complies with OSHA guidelines.
- Two sizes of spill kits are available for wet cell batteries: LARGE WET CELL BATTERY SPILL KIT (6232) for large wet cell battery rooms such as CO's and CDO's. Kit includes 1-30 gallon plastic drum, 10-3' x 4' absorbent booms (socks), 5 one liter pillows, 1 pair nitrile gloves (X-Large), 1 pair of goggles, 2 disposal bags, 1-30 pound dry acid neutralizer with color change indicator and 10 neutralizing wipes. SMALL WET CELL BATTERY SPILL KIT (6233) for small wet cell battery rooms such as Radio Sites or Microwave Towers. Kit includes 1-6.5 gallon plastic pail, 5-3" x 4" absorbent booms (socks), 1 pair nitrile gloves, 1 pair of goggles, 2 disposal bags and 10 neutralizing wipes. One kit per battery room.
- PETROLEUM SPILL KIT (6234): PETROLEUM SPILL KIT for engine/generator/fuel storage areas. Universal absorbent works on petroleum substances, antifreeze and acids. Kit includes 1-6.5 gallon pail, 5-3" x 4' absorbent booms (socks), 1 pair nitrile gloves, 1 pair of goggles and 2 disposal bags.
- Two sizes of spill kits are available for Gel/AGM style batteries: LARGE GEL/AGM SPILL Kit (6235) for large gel or AGM style batteries such as Switch, POP and Regen sites. Kit includes 1-6.5 gallon pail, 1 liquid acid neutralizer spray bottle, 10 absorbent universal pads, 2-3" x 4' absorbent booms (socks), 5 neutralizing wipes, 1 pair nitrile gloves, 1 pair of goggles and 2 disposal bags. SMALL GEL/AGM SPILL Kit (6236) for small gel or AGM style batteries or for technician vehicles. Kit includes 1-3.5 gallon plastic pail, 10 absorbent universal pads, 5 neutralizing wipes, 1 pair nitrile gloves, 1 pair of goggles and 2 disposal bags.
